Self-care and abundance go hand in hand. Sometimes, life gets so hectic that we don’t even realise that we’ve been neglecting ourselves and our personal needs. But it’s really important to take some time out on a regular basis to do something just for us.
Self-care doesn’t necessarily mean getting a facial or having a pampering massage. It could be as simple as a warm relaxing bath, unplugging for a few hours or a walk around the local park.
Learn to recognise when you are in need of some time to yourself and better still schedule that time in before your other commitments.
