Check out these daily habits that can help to maintain an abundance mindset…

1 – Surround Yourself With Positive Influences

When you are making changes in your life, it’s important to recognise who is in your corner. You want to surround yourself with people who will support you with these changes.

Fill your social media feed with people that you aspire to be like, instead of the judemental mum from down the street or the friend you went to school with who only gets in touch when he/she needs something from you.

Be intentional about who you spend time with

2 – Organise Your Life

When you feel like your life is in order, everything else tends to fall into place.

If you’re always running out of time, create a daily routine. Track how you spend your time and then decide if you need to re-work some things in your schedule.

If you have financial troubles or money issues,  create a budget. Outline everything you have coming in and everything you have going out.

Declutter your environment – your workspace, your phone, your pc, even your social media accounts.

Make space and time for the things that are important to you

3 – Feed Your Mind With Positivity

Every day we are bombarded with negativity through news reports, social media, and so on. As a result of this, it’s especially important important feed your mind with positive, uplifting material every day to maintain a balanced mindset.

Reading books, listening to podcasts or Ted Talks, taking a class, learning a new skill – these are all great ways to keep your mind fed and focused on abundance.

Abundance is a positive energy and emotion

4 – Schedule Self-Care in Advance

Self-care and abundance go hand in hand. Sometimes, life gets so hectic that we don’t even realise that we’ve been neglecting ourselves and our personal needs. But it’s really important to take some time out on a regular basis to do something just for us.

Self-care doesn’t necessarily mean getting a facial or having a pampering massage. It could be as simple as a warm relaxing bath, unplugging for a few hours or a walk around the  local park.

Learn to recognise when you are in need of some time to yourself and better still schedule that time in before your other commitments.

Self-care is an important part of abundance
